I scored much higher than I anticipated on the final exam, and I truly think it is because the delivery of the tool and [its use] was delivered in a way that was incredibly applicable.” Chief Human Resources Officer, municipal government

Why certify with Developmental Associates?

  • The $1395 fee is one of the lowest (if not the lowest) for the same certification others provide!
  • Why the lower fee? We have spent our careers in education, government, non-profit and small business settings. The workshops are priced so that no matter where you work – education, non-profit, government, and small or large businesses – you can afford to be certified!
  • Korrel, our lead certification expert, has certified over 400 people in the EQi and all have passed the certification exam on the first try!
  • Sherry, our co-leader spent 25 years in public education and led training sessions to help teachers and administrators improve their emotional intelligence.
  • You will get plenty of practice coaching during the 2-day, online workshop.
  • Sherry and Korrel provide over 10 free materials they have developed to help you get started in training and coaching using the EQi.
