Sherry Rogowski is a retired school psychologist with more than 30 years of experience partnering with educators and school leaders to strengthen their effectiveness and impact with those they serve. Sherry is certified in the analysis and interpretation of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) and the Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ 360). She is also authorized through Multi-Health Systems (MHS) to deliver EQ-i 2.0/360 certification training, preparing professionals to administer, analyze, and interpret emotional intelligence assessments responsibly and effectively.
With a strong foundation in adult learning principles, Sherry designs and facilitates interactive, engaging professional development experiences that draws on the emotional intelligence framework. She develops workshops that enhance knowledge of effective emotional intelligence practices for leaders and that help participants understand their EQ-i 2.0 results and apply practical strategies to enhance leadership and professional effectiveness. Using data from the EQ-i 2.0 and/or EQ 360, she partners with clients to create personalized development plans that leverage strengths while addressing targeted growth areas. Her work is focused on ensuring that every learning and coaching experience is relevant, practical, and results-oriented.
Sherry has served the Guilford County, North Carolina, and Chesterfield County, Virginia school districts, where she led district-level program development and initiatives focused on school improvement and professional growth. In addition to her emotional intelligence credentials, she is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Restorative Practices through the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP), and as a facilitator of structured decision-making methodologies through TregoED Consulting.
