Our Approach: We work with graduate health-care training programs to address the concern of admitting academically qualified students into med school, PA, CRNA, DNP, OT, and PT programs, who then do not perform well in clinical rotations, or who derail and leave before completing their degrees. We help schools identify and develop students who lack fundamental non-cognitive or emotional intelligence skills that are required for academic and clinical success.

  • We design tools for schools to assess these non-cognitive skills in the admissions process.
  • We interview selected faculty, staff, and/or clinical supervisors to determine what is derailing your students.
  • We develop interview questions with specific rubrics that will detect these problem areas and also identify for you who has terrific non-cognitive skills!
  • We train your faculty to use the questions and rubrics which can be used again and again.
  • We help students develop these non-cognitive skills while they are in your program through coaching or programs that infuse emotional intelligence skill learning into existing courses.
