Martha Paige, an ICMA Credentialed Manager, recently retired after serving for 10 years as Town Manager of Morrisville, NC. She has 25 years of local government experience in North Carolina, previously serving as Assistant City Manager for the City of Winston-Salem for 7 years. Martha received her MPA from UNC Greensboro and holds a BS in Accounting. Martha’s primary areas of interest and expertise include council/manager relations, organizational alignment and development, team building, human resources, budget and finance. She has graduated from Leadership North Carolina, the UVA Weldon Cooper School of Business Senior Executive Institute, UNC Public Executive Leadership Academy, and the UNC Municipal and County Administration program. Martha is EQi certified, a graduate of the International Coaching Federation’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program, and a Certified Diversity Executive through the Institute for Diversity Certification. Martha remains active in the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and is a life member of the North Carolina City and County Management Association (NCCCMA). She served as the Association’s President in 2020/21.
