Tamara Kellam-Washington is an organizational development consultant and certified emotional intelligence practitioner with 10 years’ experience in coaching and training. She earned her undergraduate degree in social psychology with a minor in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed trainings in HR management, team building, and conflict resolution from noted institutions including Cornell University and UPenn’s Wharton School of Business. Tamara has a passion for enhancing workplace relationships through the development of emotional intelligence, DEIB, and conflict management skills. Her strengths-based approach to coaching and training empowers others to leverage their talents for improved personal, interpersonal, and workplace performance.
